About the product

EHRTC-RM2 is a modular rack-type hot runner control system built for demanding production. Every zone module carries its own 3200 W power stage; in case of a fault only the affected module is sent for service, so production keeps running. Temperature-controlled fan cooling, PID Auto-Tune, Ramp/Soft-Start and independent deviation alarms give you full control.

Frequently asked questions

If one module fails, do I have to send the whole unit?

No. In the RM2 the power stage sits on each zone module. You remove and send only the faulty module; the other zones keep running.

What does Ramp / Soft-Start do?

Heaters absorb moisture when idle for a long time. Soft-Start raises the temperature gradually to drive moisture out safely, extending heater life.

How long does service take?

For all Elotek-made units, technical service takes at most 3 business days including parts supply.
